The Legislative and Policy Committee voted to consider the development of a new Policy Guide on Air Quality. This has been a topic that has been suggested since APA has a policy on virtually every other key environmental issue that affects land use. This short paper is designed to identify some key issues to address in the development of this policy. Additionally, it is hoped that it will generate suggestions on other related issues to be considered in developing the policy. Please click here for document.
